My favorite subject:

There are few subjects that I have liked throughout my university life, but if I could rescue one, it would be Management Module 1 (Administrative and Economic Management), one of the eight subjects that I have this semester. The classes in general are very didactic, since the teachers strongly encourage us to participate in it, the only negative thing that I could say about these classes would be the hours of Tuesdays at 09:15 am and Thursdays at 10:15 , but the content of the subject and teachers is great.

The main contents that we have addressed in this subject are:

- Introduction to Economics and General Principles of Administration.

- Microeconomics, supply and administrative approaches.

- Demand and organizational culture.

- Types of leadership and Organization charts.

- Market failures.

- Macroeconomics.

- Business model.

It is really interesting how the economy is vital for the development of companies, businesses, countries, etc., and that the mismanagement of it can produce an irremediable economic crisis (in the worst case). The management in terms of the expenses of a company, economic strategies, supply and demand, economic relationships and effective administrative models for each of these businesses.

Some example of what we talked about in class, and that personally were one of the most interesting were the principles of the economy, which consists of the functioning of the economy, how people interact and how we make decisions, knowledge of these principles allows us to interpret economic phenomena, such as interest rates, economic crisis and policies, inflation, unemployment rate, etc.

One of the evaluations we had in this subject was that we had to see the film "the founder", which consists of the story of an amateur salesman, who knew the business of the McDonald brothers, of whom he was surprised by the speed and efficiency of his hamburger joint, which in the future he will take over and make it the best-known food chain in the whole world.
