My FAVORITE food is 👀 :

From a very young age I was a fan of Garfield (and cats in general) and had the same fanaticism for eating like that cat hahah, so since that time I became addicted to this food, it is really delicious.

This meal is really easy to prepare, although it takes a bit longer compared to more traditional dishes. The ingredients are: Tomato sauce or béchamel sauce (both can be homemade or industrial), oil, ground meat (I replace it with mushrooms or tuna [fish]), carrot and chopped onion to make a pine, cheese, A LOT OF CHEESE, spices to taste (including salt) and most importantly, pasta, this is particularly much larger than the others, and has a well-defined shape.

The first step is to make the pine with the meat, onion and seasoning to taste, then cook the pasta in water with a little salt, after that, you can mix the pine with tomato sauce or separately, the important thing is that the sauce is always bottom or mixed with the meat so that it is more rigid. Then in a roasting pan we place a layer of sauce, one of the previously cooked pasta, the layer of meat / pine and cheese, this sequence is repeated until almost the limit of the roasting pan. Finally it is taken to the oven so that the cheese can melt and be gratinated.

This dish has always been my favorite, since I have prepared it from a very young age (with help) and it is always very tasty, plus I can innovate and add more things, for example: cream, basil, garlic, etc.

This food, depending on what one adds, can be more harmful to health, and its daily consumption is not highly recommended, since pasta in general has high levels of carbohydrates. As long as it is eaten occasionally and in moderate portions, everything good.
